Please read these Terms and Conditions of the Onfire Website carefully each time you use our site, as we reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Using our website denotes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Onfire name and logos are registered trademarks of the Xtreme Sports (Group) Ltd. We reserve the right to prosecute any company or person using the Onfire name or logos without express written permission. All images including but not confined to product images are owned by Onfire Ltd. Onfire prohibit the reproduction or use in any format including electronic or print, of any of their images. Onfire own the rights to all product names and descriptive text used within this site and all promotional material both print and electronic. This website is owned and operated by Onfire ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it, in part or in whole, other than for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the prior written permission from Onfire Ltd. You may not reproduce, transmit, publicly perform, distribute, modify, adapt, bundle, alter, distribute or create derivative works of the site, in whole or in part.
Account security
Onfire reserve the right to store non-sensitive customer information for marketing purposes. Onfire will not pass customer information to any third party unless permission is given in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998. A secure server handles all transactions. We do not store any credit card details on site, thereby offering greater security to our customers.
Communications
By entering into the order process you are agreeing for Onfire to contact you with regards to your order by any means available.Order notification
If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. At this point the contract for the sale of the goods shall be formed and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions. If you have not supplied us with an e-mail address or we are unable to contact you, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions. We ask that you store a copy of the confirmation page as it may contain details referred to later in the order process.
Stock Availability
Whilst we endeavor to keep our site up to date with the very latest information on new product and current stock, from time to time we may find ourselves unable to complete orders. In this case we will contact you with options on alternative product/sizes/colours or a date for when specific items will be back in stock and available for shipment. If no acceptable alternative can be found a refund will be offered.
Description of goods
Every effort has been made to show all garments as accurately as possible in terms of colour and fabric, however limitations in production and screen display may result in variations from actual garments. Onfire reserve the right to alter the price, colours or details on any product offered through our website, catalogue or advertising. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, items can be returned up to 14 days after purchase. Returning any item within this period will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). All returned items must be in their original packaging with labels attached and in an unworn and re-sellable condition. On receipt of the returned goods, Onfire will give you a full refund of the amount paid minus delivery charges, alternatively an exchange can be arranged. In the case of exchange an additional delivery charge may be applied This will be inline with the normal Onfire delivery rates. When returning items we recommend you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not make it back to us.
Any items purchased for Christmas gifts WILL NOT be eligible for refunds in the New Year, however we are happy to offer exchanges only.Please send returns to our Return address:

Faulty Items
Faulty items can be returned to Onfire without liability for return postage. We ask that you provide proof of postage costs to allow us to refund these. A refund on postage will only be processed once we at Onfire have confirmed the goods as faulty. If an item is confirmed to be faulty, Onfire will provide a replacement item if available. If no replacement product is available a refund will be offered. Replacement items will not be subject to a delivery charge.
Refunds
Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were purchased with. If these details are not provided it may delay your card refund. For returned goods on which you have received a discount, the discount will no longer apply if you fall below the offer threshold this will be reflected in any refund offered.
Warranty and Liability
Onfire endeavor to insure that our website is free from content or programs that may harm your computer. Ultimately we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by accessing our website. Onfire accept no liability for any damage or expense caused by any Items supplied or any part of the sales contract. Onfire's total liability for any claim, howsoever arising shall not exceed the price paid for the goods supplied together with any postage costs incurred.

Onfire may from time to time provide links to third parties that we believe may be of interest to you. We do not control nor vet these websites, and therefore we cannot accept liability in respect of either the contents or your use of these websites. Onfire accept no liability for any offence or harm caused by any of these sites.

Delivery
Onfire offer next day delivery as standard for all UK orders for all orders received before 1pm. Our aim is for all orders to be delivered within five working days of receiving funds. In some circumstances, such as sale periods, we encounter a higher than normal demand, at these times we ask that you allow up to fourteen days for delivery and we cannot offer next day delivery. Due to factors outside our control, Onfire cannot be held liable for the late delivery of any orders. Delivery and handling will be charged at £4.95 to the UK (inc Channel Islands and N.Ireland) for orders up to the value of £50, over £50 delivery will be free of charge. Onfire are happy to deliver to BFPO addresses at the Mainland UK delivery rate.
Overseas delivery
Deliveries to Western Europe will be charged at £12 for all orders up to 2KG. Deliveries to the countries outside Western Europe will be charged at £20 for all orders up to 2KG. If your order exceeds 2Kg Onfire may contact you with an additional Postage charge.
The following countries are eligible for the Western Europe delivery rate Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Greenland, Finland, France Germany, Greece, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus, Sweden, Switzerland.
Everywhere else will be taken as the rest of the world. An approximate estimation can be made of the parcel weight by taking a tee shirt as 300g, a hooded sweatshirt as 1000g, a jacket as 1.4Kg, and a pair of jeans as 800g. These figures are meant as a approximate guide. If you are in any doubt as to delivery charge payable please contact Onfire prior to placing your order.
Customs Information
Local import duties and taxes may be payable on receipt. VAT will be deducted where appropriate.
Cancellation of orders
Occasionally it may become necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can that this has happened and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to you.
